It is possible that William Kennedy Smith did not learn a lesson after being accused of rape. In 1991, Dr. Smith, nephew of JFK, was accused of rape and later acquited. His acquittal was due in part to his family name and influence by Sen. Edward Kennedy.
Now a former personal assistant to Smith has filed a sexual assault suit against Smith.
The suit alleges that Smith sexual assaulted the women in his North Side (Chicago) residence in 1999.
No comment from Smith's lawyer, so far.
