+The abortion debates rages on.

A Federal Judge in New York (not the wacky 9th Circuit) has found that the ban on partial birth abortion is unconstitutional.

Next step the Supreme Court. Session begins in October.

+The more we learn, the less we know.

It appears that there are three separate citations for John Kerry's Silver Star. Two are on the Kerry campaign website, one is not.

Each one differs in its description of events and language.

Navy officials note that one or more of these may be fake which is common.

The Washington Post made a Freedom of Information Act request for Kerry's record. Over 100 pages were requested, 6 were given to the Post.
