Cleland Tries to Deliver Letter to Bush

Former democratic Senator, Max Clelland, attempted to deliver a letter to President Bush at his ranch.

Clelland whose service in Vietnam is laudatory is being used by the Kerry campaign because of his multiple injuries in the service of the country.

Since Clelland did not have proper clearance, he was not admitted to the ranch and neither Secret Service nor Texas State Troopers would accept the letter from Clelland.

Nevetheless, Clelland got his photo-op for Kerry.

It is likely that you will see this on the liberal-media as an anti-Bush story. Saying, in part, that the President would not welcome a wounded veteran on to his ranch.

Senator Kerry should be ashamed of sending Clelland on this mission destined to fail.
