While the French-looking Senator from Massachusetts likes to deride and criticize others for offshore deals and outsourcing, he himself was part of an offshore scheme in the 1980's.
Unfortunately, the Senator claims he did not know it was a offshore deal. Hold on Senator. The papers you signed state very clearly that the company was incorporated under the laws of the "Cayman Islands."
