While the Eagle County, Colorado Court continues to do everything to sway the case in favor of Kobe Bryant, there appears to be another Kobe victim.
Although not raped by Bryant, a Florida waitress says that Bryant groped her at a party in 2002. The incident which occurred at Shaquille O'Neal's Florida home is reported in this week's Sports Illustrated.
With this turn, both the waitress and O'Neal may be called to testify.

Meanwhile, the defense is looking for "Mr X." The person the defense claims had sex with the victim hors after the attack.
Although a DNA expert testified behind closed doors, I am certain that this will soon appear on the Eagle County Court website.
