In a sometimes contentious interview on ABC's Nightline, Republican attorney, Ben Gingsberg fought back against an apparent media "double standard."
During the inteview Gingsberg noted that the media has never looked at DNC and Kerry attorneys openly working for Democrat and liberal 527s. That it was only when he was discovered to have offered some "advice" to the Swift Boat Veterans that the media descended on the story.
