Rapist Bryant to go Free

In a complete failure of the Colorado and US justice system, prosecutors in the Kobe Bryant case have filed a motion to dismiss charges against the Lakers player and rapist.

Sources close to the case say Kobe's victim is no longer willing to testify.

Unfortunately, the failure is not the victim's. Both the prosecutors and the judge in the case failed to protect the victim from unwanted and unwarranted attention from the media. In violation of Colorado's rape shield law, the court released the name of the victim and sensitive court documents on four occasions.

This judge should be disbarred. The prosecution should be dismissed from their jobs.

Now, another rapist athlete goes free and potential and current athletes in professional sports will see that it is open season on women in Colorado.
