It always seems that the Democrats need to have someone to blame for their failures.
This is becoming the case with the Kerry campaign. John Kerry's failure is all his. He made the Vietnam War the centerpiece of the convention and his campaign. Now that there are cracks in the armor of his service, it is someone else's fault.
Now the President Bush is leading in the polls, it is not Kerry's fault for having no consistency in his policies, it is someone else's fault.
When Kerry loses, it will be someone else's fault.
