Tidbits - 11/1/04

Just one more day before the election. I am sure that many people across the country are looking forward to it being over. I live with one of those people.

She will be more than happy to stop listening to be complain about this candidate or that broadcaster. Will I stop? Probably not! There will continue to be liberal media bias and politicians who do not understand the truth. As long as that exists, I'll be here.

Today or tomorrow I will be posting an essay on the problems in Illinois for which there is no apparent solution. Stay tuned.

On short note about a weekend appearance of one of John Kerry's stepsons. In his not so well planned speech he referred to the President of the United States as a "cokehead." While his stepfather has called the President a liar and some of Kerry's supporters compare the President with Hitler, this remark from some young punk is totally without merit of basis in fact. Senator Kerry your children are out of control.

Here are some interesting items.

+Karl Rove, President Bush's political advisor, is predicting victory plus Bush will carry Ohio and Florida. While I believe that to be true, the celebration may be happening to soon. Remember, Karl, there are 10,000 Democratic lawyers in FL and probably more in OH. I predict a Bush win, but we will not know until Friday at the earliest.

+Michael Moore is at it again. The propagandist will have cameras in polling places in Ohio and Florida. My advice to Moore is just go away.

Moore who broke election laws in Michigan is not above interfering with the orderly voting process.

+One of the toughest battles for a U.S> Senate seat is in South Dakota. Democrat Tom Daschle is in the fight of his career. Current polls on RealClearPolitics.com show his opponent John Thune up by as much as 2%. Not a large lead but enough to unseat one of the biggest obstacles to the Bush Agenda in the Senate. If Daschle loses it will send a message to Senate Democrats.
