It seems that the Illinois Republican Party is so much in disarray that it does not check on potential candidates before mentioning them to the media and public.
It appears that Andrea Grubb Barthwell, a Chicago doctor and former member of the White House drug policy office, has some problems in the workplace. According to an internal inquiry, Dr. Barthwell, was investigated for creating a "hostile workplace" for her actions during a staff party.
If this continues, the Illinois GOP will no longer be a viable political party and become a major political joke throughout the country.
