Yes, there could be a lengthy discussion and headline about leaks in the Supreme Court. Yes, it could be a day to discuss the Obama campaign's bus tour of Ohio and Pennsylvania. It could be a day to discuss why bio-fuels for the Navy cost $26 a gallon.
It could be a day to discuss what Mitt Romney will be doing that President Obama has not done and likely never do - visit Israel.
Yes, all of thos things could be discussed and partisan bickering on those issues could be the highlight of the day.
