New Format

As we enter the New Year, there are going to be some changes at Check This Out!

Instead of the Briefing in the morning, there will now be 2 or 3 briefings each day.

The Morning Briefing will appear before noon with some commentary and stories of interest. Each story will have a link to a full article or related article.

Each afternoon there will be an update with updates of earlier stories (if warranted) plus new material. Each item will have an appropriate link. The Afternoon Update will appear before 5pm CT.

If events warrant, there will be an Evening Update before 11pm. When utilized, the Evening Update will contain revised and updated material from earlier stories, new materials, and links to interesting columns. For example, the weekly link to Ann Coulter's column will be found in an evening update. All new and updated material will have an appropriate link.

On occasion, there will be a Weekend Briefing. Whether this column is published will depend on news items and events from late Friday night through Sunday afternoon. If there is an important event, the Weekend Briefing could be published on Saturday afternoon. Otherwise it will appear on Sunday afternoon before 5pm CT.
