Is Senator Kerry a threat to broadcasters and others with First Amendment Rights?
If Chad Clanton, an aide to the Senator, speaks for the Senator, the answer is yes. Clanton appeared on Fox News Dayside.
In response to a questions about Sinclair Broadcasting's airing of a documentary that is not flattering to Senator Kerry, Clanton said, "They better hope we don't win." That sounds like a threat to the broadcaster and anyone who would speak out against Kerry. Sounds a little like Nixon doesn't he.
